How to Overcome Depression
when you are depressed, you feel like nothing could change that. I tried reading about it and felt that it was just theories and couldn’t relate to.. Going to friends and start wining is just pathetic!! too much complains without crucial reasons might push them further away.. No one wants the negative energy.. Everyone has enough crap to deal with! Now lets think of something else.....
